QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) POLICY

Fast Freight Forward Limited was established 2019 to provide freight services to the courier and haulage industry within the UK and Europe. Our company director and core employees have years of experience in haulage industry. Our main branch is in Harlow, Essex. Our other branches are in London, Birmingham, and Basildon.

Quality in service is the top priority in business because we value our customers. The quality assurance is the tag line of our company when we say TRUSTED SAMEDAY. We endeavor to ensure our services meet or exceed customer expectations. We are also committed to our internal QA policy and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) which provides the frameworks for our employees, drivers, and subcontractors.

For extensive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, we have the following QA policy in place:

1. Employee training and regular review.

2. Driver professionalism and Personal Protection Equipment, PPE.

3. Route productively and track the driver for live ETA.

4. Real time communication with driver and customer to eliminate communication gap.

5. Get customer feedback upon completion of the job.

6. Regular internal audit.

Our company director has ultimate responsibility for Quality Assurance; however, our employees have obligation within their own working areas to ensure that Quality Assurance Policy is practiced in each stage of their jobs.
